"This shall be his land for a possession in Israel; so My princes shall no longer aoppress My people, but they shall give the rest of the land to the house of Israel baccording to their tribes."

So Joshua took the whole land, according to all that the Lord had spoken to Moses, and aJoshua gave it for an inheritance to Israel according to their divisions by their tribes. bThus the land had rest from war.
