25 This man had been instructed in athe way of the Lord; and being fervent in spirit, he was speaking and teaching accurately the things concerning Jesus, being acquainted only with bthe baptism of John;
26 and he began to speak out boldly in the synagogue. But when aPriscilla and Aquila heard him, they took him aside and explained to him bthe way of God more accurately.

Spoke boldly but needed to be taught. Priscilla and Acquila did not want him to be in error. They took him to the side to teach him. They did not openly call him out because this would have killed his zeal for The Lord.
