Have nothing to do with irreverent, silly myths. Rather train yourself for godliness;
8 for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.
1 Timothy 4:7,8. We must train ourselves spiritually every ay, as well as physically and mentally. Satan will doing everything he can to distract you from doing anything for the Lord. Don't fall for it. Be strong, if you're struggling, then pray, contact a friend, pray wit them, read the Word, put some worship music on, do something from giving in to satan. God is begging you not to fall, He gives you a way out of the temptation. I know it's har, everybody struggles with something. But that's what God is for, He wants you to lean on Him and ask for help. He wants you to be safe, protected in His arms. "Therefore you must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ" 2 Timothy 2:3, "Fight the good fight. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called and about which you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 1 Timothy 6:12, "But the Lord stood by me and strengthened me, so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed and the Gentiles might hear it. So I was rescued from the lion's mouth." 2 Timothy 4:17. God can and will help you, you just gotta be willing to ask for it. God Bless.
