And God said, "Behold, I have given you every plant yielding seed that is on the face of all the earth, and every tree with seed in its fruit. You shall have them for food.

Every tree that has seed is capable of reproducing after its own kind. Seeded fruit was suitable for eating! Therefore, the forbidden fruit did not have its own seed!This nullifies the error that the apple was the forbidden fruit.
