And on the seventh day God finished his work that he had done, and he rested on the seventh day from all his work that he had done.

It seems that if we as Gentiles did not dismiss our Jewish roots, we would continued to "keep the Sabbath" which would have meant a celebration Friday night with family and friends and relaxing until Saturday sundown to include worship, a time of reflection and thanksgiving, and more time with family and friends. However, we certainly can agree today God demonstrated a 6 day work week! (not 5)
