Vs 19-22 Jesus is into growing disciples. Not interested in building a mega church. Count the cost in following Jesus.. We come to just follow Jesus. Placing our trust in him for everything we need. He promises us eternal life. Luke9:23-24 give up yourself and follow him and he is all we need. Follow Jesus today not later. 1tim:5:8 priority first, but Jesus first 1tim2:4 put Jesus first because he wants to be the one we follow first and he will control the other stuff in out lives. Vs.23. 26 we don't know the storm before us. He takes us through the storm with him. He is with us and will protect us. He says so. Luke8:24 they were perishing and were wondering what was going to happen. Jesus do you care about me?
