They have the power to shut the sky, that no rain may fall during the days of their prophesying, and they have power over the waters to turn them into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague, as often as they desire.

We witness by the Holy Spirit to reach put to others.
Vs.7. If we are in the will of God we are safe because he protects us.
Witness's go out and give our testimony. Heb12:1 -3 don't grow weary and loose heart. Our lives much match up with our belief of the word of God. His word will never return empty. He will accomplish his will. We will face hostility.
Vs.8 the earth will rejoice in the two witness's are dead. Spiritual torment of those who do not repent of their sins.
Vs.11. 3/12 days fear fell on them. The witness's come back alive and they return to heaven.. Luke 16. Won't believe heard hearts.
Rom.8:30 he called us and justified us and glorified us as well.
Vs. Elders worship and he reigns as lord.
Vs.18 Jesus takes his place.
