They were scorched by the fierce heat, and they cursed the name of God who had power over these plagues. They did not repent and give him glory.

God decides what sin is. Sin causes pain.
Vs 3. 2nd bowl is poured out and ocean water turns to blood.
Vs4.-7. All water is turned to blood. Refusal to drink the spiritual water.
Vs8. Sun scorches the skin. Earth is designed perfectly around the sun.
God causes global warming.
