He was equipped with the tools to be a leader. God had created him for a special role. Satan then desired to use what God had created him for. The problem is that lucifer did not wait for God to give him the assignment. He got ahead of God because of his craving to rule. You can't get Head of God. Lucifer tried to take it by force. 2- gods agreement with Adam. God created him to rule, overseeing everything on earth. The desire was put into him to want to taste from the tree of life but he was not to touch it.
