The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.

We Are never alone.
The Lord God dwells within us. (2 Cor. 6:16, 18)
The Lord God rejoices over us with singing. (Isaiah 62:5)
He will quiet us with His love. He will comfort us with His presence.
