"Nor do people put new wine into old wineskins; otherwise the wineskins burst, and the wine pours out and the wineskins are ruined; but they put new wine into fresh wineskins, and both are preserved."

The old wineskin is the way and practices of the Jews and Pharisees while the new wineskin is the ways and practices of Jesus/Kingdom of heaven. This is saying the ways of the Kingdom of Heaven will not fit and work with the old ways of the Jews. It is until the Jews turn to God in Faith through Jesus will they receive God's grace.
