This is an interesting phrase that GOD uses: "...I have made you like God to Pharaoh..." Almost seems as if GOD is telling Moses, "since Pharaoh will not believe in ME, I will use you as MY figurehead, so that he sees the difference between ME and his gods." It makes me think of people today, who need to see, hear, touch, etc in person before they believe in something. GOD uses a corporal figurehead of a god & his prophet (Moses & Aaron) to represent to Pharaoh the reality of the Deity of GOD & his prophet Moses.
