Matthew 12:10-12. This is good clarification and Jesus points out a double standard. What the people see as "work" on the Sabbath, Jesus sees it as doing good on the Sabbath. If a man is hungry & needs to eat, no one there is to provide food, then his manner of nourishment is not considered unholy. Jesus went further into saying healing someone on the Sabbath is no different than helping your horse/sheep who has fallen in deep water. He questions if the animal is more important than a man. Considering how in Gen, God placed man higher than the animals.
