Susan Hill's Note
May 5
It must not have been easy to destroy the earth because of mans wickedness. After the waters receded and the burnt offering was made, only then did GOD make it known that He would never again destroy the earth by flood. I cannot even imagine how much water fell during all the time it had been raining - obviously a great amount totally cover the earth and cover the highest mountains.
