To blasphame the Holy Spirit is pretty serious! The Holy Spirit was doing work through JESUS, but the Pharisees accused JESUS of using demonic powers. Therefore calling the Holy Spirit a demon. This is blasphemy; why u should never say someone is using this power or that, only God can tell
