Catch the foxes for us, the little foxes that spoil the vineyards, for our vineyards are in blossom."

The "little foxes" here that is referred to are the "little sins" that can spoil our hearts (the vineyard). You would want to take note of them and catch them (remove them) so they don't spoil the vineyard (fill our hearts gradually with sin, and therefore cause CHRIST to leave us- thus destroying us in the process)
