'Who is this that hides counsel without knowledge?' Therefore I have uttered what I did not understand, things too wonderful for me, which I did not know.

One cannot help others understand something if they do not understand it. Job had said that he had spoken about things he did not understand and that he lacked the ability to explain the subject. He did not have all the facts.
