But the hour is coming, and is now here, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him.

Worship with mind and heart. Accept God for who he is and worship him for who he is. He is the great I AM. We also need to acknowledge who we are and our great need. Self sufficiency will not cut it. Acknowledge God loves us no matter what we have done. We need to know the depth of Gods love for us.
