John

Chapter 13

3 Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he had come from God and was going back to God,
4 rose from supper. He laid aside his outer garments, and taking a towel, tied it around his waist.
5 Then he poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples' feet and to wipe them with the towel that was wrapped around him.

Why Do I GoTo Church? (Part 3) 9/15/13 Pastor Dave To Serve John 13:3-6, 13-16 Jesus removed what kept Him from serving (his outer garments). God has Blessings laid up that will only be released unto those with a servants heart. Galatians 6:10-Those whom we Worship with, we are also called to Serve. Hebrews 6:10-There is a special note that God takes to those that serve the Body of Christ. In Serving, we Grow and Help others to Grow. What is done in Private as service unto The Lord and The Body of Christ is Blessed in a Special means by God. There are special things that God wants to accomplish and teach, but it can only be done through service.
