And Samuel said to the people, "Do not be afraid; you have done all this evil. Yet do not turn aside from following the Lord, but serve the Lord with all your heart.

And do not turn aside after empty things that cannot profit or deliver, for they are empty.

Help me not turn to food or people to fill fill a void that only u can fill Lord. Help me to seek u and your comfort and strength when I feel week and lonely or emotionally drained. You r the bread of life and u alone can fill my cup till it runs over. Your amazing love and grace is really all I need. Help me to desire that above all else. Praises and thanks and Glory be to God my king my husband and my redeemer. In Jesus name. Amen
