2 Kings 25

1 aNow in the ninth year of his reign, on the tenth day of the tenth month, bNebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came, he and all his army, against Jerusalem, camped against it and cbuilt a siege wall all around it.
2 So the city was under siege until the eleventh year of King Zedekiah.
3 On the ninth day of the fourth month athe famine was so severe in the city that there was no food for the people of the land.
4 aThen the city was broken into, and all the men of war fled by night by way of the gate between the two walls beside bthe king's garden, though the Chaldeans were all around the city. And they went by way of the Arabah.
5 But the army of the Chaldeans pursued the king and overtook him in the plains of Jericho and all his army was scattered from him.
6 Then athey captured the king and bbrought him to the king of Babylon at cRiblah, and he passed sentence on him.
7 aThey slaughtered the sons of Zedekiah before his eyes, then bput out the eyes of Zedekiah and bound him with bronze fetters and brought him to Babylon.

Jeremiah 39

1 Now when Jerusalem was captured ain the ninth year of Zedekiah king of Judah, in the tenth month, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and all his army came to Jerusalem and laid siege to it;
2 in the eleventh year of Zedekiah, in the fourth month, in the ninth day of the month, the city wall was abreached.
3 Then all the aofficials of the king of Babylon came in and sat down at the bMiddle Gate: Nergal-sar-ezer, Samgar-nebu, Sar-sekim the Rab-saris, Nergal-sar-ezer the Rab-mag, and all the rest of the officials of the king of Babylon.
4 When Zedekiah the king of Judah and all the men of war saw them, they afled and went out of the city at night by way of the king's garden through the gate bbetween the two walls; and he went out toward the Arabah.
5 But the army of the aChaldeans pursued them and overtook Zedekiah in the bplains of Jericho; and they seized him and brought him up to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon at cRiblah in the land of Hamath, and he passed sentence on him.
6 Then the aking of Babylon slew the sons of Zedekiah bbefore his eyes at Riblah; the king of Babylon also slew all the cnobles of Judah.
7 He then ablinded Zedekiah's eyes and bound him in bfetters of bronze to bring him to cBabylon.
8 The Chaldeans also aburned with fire the king's palace and the houses of the people, and they bbroke down the walls of Jerusalem.
9 As for the rest of the people who were left in the city, the adeserters who had gone over to him and bthe rest of the people who remained, cNebuzaradan the dcaptain of the bodyguard carried them into exile in Babylon.

Jeremiah 52

4 aNow it came about in the ninth year of his reign, on the tenth day of the tenth month, that Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon came, he and all his army, against Jerusalem, camped against it and built a bsiege wall all around it.
5 aSo the city was under siege until the eleventh year of King Zedekiah.
6 On the ninth day of the afourth month the bfamine was so severe in the city that there was no food for the people of the land.
7 Then the city was abroken into, and all the bmen of war fled and went forth from the city at night by way of the gate between the two walls which was by the king's garden, though the Chaldeans were call around the city. And they went by way of the Arabah.
8 But the army of the Chaldeans pursued the king and aovertook Zedekiah in the plains of Jericho, and all his army was scattered from him.
9 Then they captured the king and abrought him up to the king of Babylon at bRiblah in the land of cHamath, and he passed sentence on him.
10 The king of Babylon aslaughtered the sons of Zedekiah before his eyes, and he also slaughtered all the princes of Judah in Riblah.
11 Then he ablinded the eyes of Zedekiah; and the king of Babylon bound him with bronze fetters and brought him to Babylon and put him in prison until the day of his death.

Ezekiel 33

21 Now ain the btwelfth year of our exile, on the fifth of the tenth month, the refugees from Jerusalem came to me, saying, "cThe city has been taken."
