'Who is like Me?
aLet him proclaim and declare it;
Yes, let him recount it to Me in order, From the time that I established the ancient nation. And let them declare to them the things that are coming And the events that are going to take place.

Who has adeclared this from the beginning, that we might know? Or from former times, that we may say, "He is right!"? Surely there was bno one who declared, Surely there was no one who proclaimed, Surely there was no one who heard your words.
