Nehemiah has been covering up his sadness. He has been praying continuously, but when he met the king, he said a quick prayer. The bible says prayers should be continuous not quick. Nehemiah has to face three situations: - He talked to the king and suceeded. He did not die. - The walls were knocked down. So Nehemiah got people to help him rebuild it. - He has to come face to face with people who made fun of him. If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. The God of heaven will make us prosper. When we do God's will, trouble will come. When you do he right thing, people will make fun of you. Do what is right. You have what it takes.
