David waits and asks of the Lord - we learn that waiting may be what the LORD is calling us to do so that in His time, by His power and for His glory He might bring about the accomplishment of His will. It is difficult for us "doers" to sit still and hear words like "Cease striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” (Ps 46:10+). And yet waiting may be the most "productive" thing we can do, for Isaiah writes "Yet those who wait for the LORD Will gain new strength (EXCHANGE THEIR "STRENGTH" FOR HIS STRENGTH!); They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not get tired, They will walk and not become weary.." (Isaiah 40:31+). … Expand

Paul writes now as we "we all, with unveiled face, (are) beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord (especially in the Word of God), (we) are being (continually) transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit." (2Cor 3:18+) … Expand

They classify creation by the Almighty God as a "myth!" One day they will learn that Paul was right when he wrote "For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. 21 For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing to be wise, they became fools (PUTTING DIVINE CREATION IN THE CATEGORY OF "MYTH!")."
