Jeremiah 49

36 'I will bring upon Elam the afour winds From the four ends of heaven, And will bscatter them to all these winds; And there will be no nation To which the outcasts of Elam will not go.

Ezekiel 37

9 Then He said to me, "Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "Come from the four winds, O breath, and abreathe on these slain, that they bcome to life."'"
