Sometimes in our day today we forget just how holy God really is. We have a tendency to dwell on forgiveness so much that we often don't even take note of our sin. God is the same yesterday today and forever. One day He will judge the living and the dead. We must trust in the one who shed His blood for us and know that we have been redeemed. But do so with fear and trembling. "Work out your salvation with fear and Trembling". God is so good to forgive guilty sinners such as we are. Praise Him … Expand

It's like someone saying I know what what strawberry ice cream tastes like, then they begin to describe in full detail broccoli. You would instantly know that they have never tasted strawberry ice cream in their life!! Because it tastes nothing like broccoli at all (ask any child). To say "I know God" but then do not obey His commands is not possible, because Christ died and defeated sin, then placed His Spirit inside of the ones who know Him. He gives them the desires of their hearts and causes them to walk in His ways (for it's God who works in me to will and to do). … Expand
