False doctrine was a problem with God’s people in the Old Testament too. They became so entangled with the pagan practices God warned them about, that those traditions crept their way into their worship. This so applies today. Expand

I truly believe that the secrets they speak of wouldn’t be secrets at all to anyone if their grasp on worldliness wasn’t full blown. God’s word often steps on too many lifestyles grounded in sin. Because of sin’s death grip or more accurately, their death grip on sin, those secrets will always remain secret. People who haven’t been turned reprobate still have a chance to submit to God. Sin and worldliness blind people from God’s will. People truly sincere to God’s love and will would continue to study and dedicate their lives to God’s plan of salvation. Eventually the secrets would become clear to them. Expand
