Just a thought: Since Christ rose again, is the guardian still necessary? If not, could we have possibly already discovered its location?

Previous dominion in the spirit realm was not removed! The dominion given to rule over the earth was where the rulership shifted! Now, physical authority fell to the man and the woman was to submit to that in the flesh. Woman, who ate because she desired knowledge now was relegated to desiring her husband. In Christ, there is again neither male nor female...but, only in Christ! Expand

The doomed Lucifer, remained within the serpent to watch the wrath because he probably expected God to do more than this to man and woman! The serpent, was a vehicle used by Lucifer to present himself to man in the physical form. Being an angelic being, he was at that time subject to man. A major victory was won here but woe to the snake for being the doomed container of the fallen spirit. We cannot assume that every snake is in bodily form the devil! Expand

What is the big thing about being naked? With this "new" knowledge that the enemy promised came fear, shame and deception! Man has been running from God every since when we sense He drawing near. We fear His wrath and punishment forgetting that He wants to instead eradicate the thing that causes the sin. Expand

I imagine that if the tree had more than one fruit woman didn't even bother to search for the best fruit because the one that was nearest held the most promise to her in that moment. She chose the easiest route to what she wanted and her deception began long before the serpent appeared because she was in the vicinity of the temptation when he appeared. Expand

The cost were given before the serpent ever entered the picture. This wasn't an error of wonderment because the snake was new; they named the animals! No, they trusted this created thing more than God...they didn't reason or use wisdom to ask "why is the snake suddenly talking in our language? Did it speak when we named it? Did anything else suddenly develop “a voice”?" Clearly the ability to reason and discern subtle differences between truth and error was resident! Look how many insects and SNAKES look alike! Just as now, God allowed them to make an educated and informed choice about life. Just like today, it is easier to believe what's in front of us than to take a moment and seek a higher truth. Expand

Where was God when man and woman were having a personal crisis? Why did He not show up to tell them about the serpent and his crafty ways?! I think that he didn't have to tell them about the serpent, because He had already told them about the tree. Expand

They hid because of disobedience and they thought that because God didn't see, He would not know. But even if He were not Omnipresent, I think He would have known because being created in His image, I think He would know the moment their spirits became unlike His...darken by sin. And like Jesus with Judas, He knew in whom the enemy had entered to betray Him. Expand

Why were they ashamed to be naked? There were no other people in the garden but them and they were married! I think that they were ashamed and shame makes us want to be invisible. Sin was shame with its eyes opened. And they hid...in shame! But they were still skilled. The sin did not take away the knowledge or skills because they knew how to make clothes...they sewed!! Furthermore, they knew the parts of the body which caused the shame, they were able to see their physical differences but not find the beauty in it. The covered the portions which were designed to reproduce life...their loins! Expand

How did woman know of this instruction from God? She was not even formed yet when this instruction was given to man! But she existed within the spirit of man before she was formed from his flesh. She knew by the spirit what the command was and she allowed her flesh to overrule it and her flesh was deceived because it was as the serpent, evil. The enemy knows how to trick the flesh and render the spirit ineffective. He promised things that appealed to the lust of the eye (the fruit), the pride of life (knowledge) the deceitfulness of riches (you shall be like God!) Expand

So why did God not form woman from the dust? Perhaps it is because he wanted them to be of the same substance...one flesh. New dust from the same quarry is still separate in composition. Even twins fertilized in the same womb have the chance of having been fertilized differently. Only those that are split from the same fertilization process are termed "identical" thus the woman had to be of the same flesh to be as one part of the man. The two shall become one again! Expand

The body was formed from the elements of the created earth.the spirit man was created from the elements of the Spirit. The air breathed into man's natural body was the breath of supernatural and but allowed him(man) to breathe within the created atmosphere of earth. Previously, the spirit man had no need of the air because he/she existed as God did...without need of air or the components of earth. This breath gave life to dirt which allowed him to exist within the created earth. Expand

Every tree that has seed is capable of reproducing after its own kind. Seeded fruit was suitable for eating! Therefore, the forbidden fruit did not have its own seed! This nullifies the error that the apple was the forbidden fruit. Expand
